Psychotherapy, neuroscience and coaching
Healthy relating is at the heart of wellbeing.
Book an appointmentHello, my name is Teodora…
… a psychotherapist under supervision, relationship coach, and a graduate in biomedicine and neuroscience. I support men, women, and couples from around the world in breaking negative patterns, consciously creating the life they desire, and building healthy, fulfilling relationships.
Humans are inherently social beings. Relationships can bring profound joy, love, and meaning – but they can also cause deep hurt, disappointment, and pain. Connection is essential for healing, growth, and realizing our potential. Relationships shape the quality of our lives. We are also part of larger systems – families, communities, workplaces, and social networks – which provide belonging and influence the patterns and roles we adopt. Understanding our place within these systems helps us navigate relationships more consciously, make empowered choices, and support both our well-being and that of the systems we belong to.
My approach begins with the understanding that our internal world is shaped by our earliest relationships. These experiences influence how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world. Strategies that once helped us survive adversity or trauma can later become patterns that block fulfilling relationships, personal growth, and the life we want. These patterns often underlie stress, emotional dysregulation, or addictive behaviors. I help clients recognize these patterns, understand their origins, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Another core pillar of my work is helping clients raise awareness, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and return to their authentic selves. I believe creating the life we long for begins from the inside out, and that every person is the expert of their own life. Often, the most difficult moments hold the key to profound transformation.
I also integrate a psychosomatic perspective, recognizing that emotions and unresolved experiences are often stored in the body. Trauma, chronic stress, and relational difficulties can manifest as tension, fatigue, or other physical symptoms. In therapy, I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, processing these somatic experiences, and cultivating mind-body harmony alongside emotional and relational growth.
My role as a therapist is to bring the structured knowledge of the human psyche to guide, support, and empower you in finding your own way through your inner world. With the right support, every person can overcome adversity, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate meaningful, fulfilling relationships.
It takes courage to seek support and look within – and even more courage to make the changes that lead to healing and thriving. I am here to support, empower, and walk with you through every step of your journey.
