What we collect
When you use the contact or newsletter forms we collect your name (if provided), email address, phone number (if provided), message content, and technical data such as IP address and browser type that your device sends automatically. We do not use this website to collect clinical notes. Therapy records, if any, are kept separately from this site.
Why we use your data
We process contact-form data to reply to enquiries and arrange sessions (legitimate interest and, where needed, steps prior to a contract). We process newsletter addresses to send practice updates if you consent. We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and optional analytics cookies only if you accept them.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share it with email and hosting providers who process it on our instructions in the EEA or with appropriate safeguards, and with authorities if required by law.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted or archived according to legal obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria (cpdp.bg) or your local supervisory authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children through these forms.
